SEASONAL
We enjoy using ingredients we can find and grow on our own doorstep, such as fresh nettle tips used in Kift Blonde or local hops used in Green Hop and Hop Squint. Caffle’s local hop co-op have worked together to grow hops we now use to create truly Pembrokeshire brews. Due to the seasonal nature of these ingredients the beer’s availability follows the growth cycles.
